Since 2024, 4i Solutions has used GCI to enable clients to unlock greater impact.

We’ve supported senior leaders and teams navigating significant organisational transformation, including mergers and acquisitions, by helping them collaborate more effectively and focus energy where it delivers the greatest value.

Case Study: Measuring Impact in a Senior Leadership Development Programme

The client is a national organisation of 3000 people, on a rapid growth trajectory - having acquired two new businesses. They engaged 4i to equip 12 senior leaders to manage change successfully, over 9 modules, in 2025-6.

4i used individual GCI reviews, team snapshot, Impact Assessment and Evaluation. These allowed us to demonstrate the value and impact of the programme; and enabled the client to clearly evidence growth, behavioural change and business results.

4i were invited to share our findings with the international GC community in July 2026.

• 72% increase in participants’ ability to focus their energy for maximum impact
• 70% improvement in confidence and ability to sell their ideas when needed
• 80% increase in understanding of the unique contribution they can make within a team

The modules were combined with 1:1 coaching. Participants said:
